KlearNow.AI is a cutting-edge technology company transforming supply chain management and logistics through innovative AI-driven solutions.
We are looking for a Sales Solutions Engineer to play a crucial role in demonstrating the value of KlearNow.AI βs products to potential clients. You will act as the technical expert within the sales team performing product-specific demos and helping prospects understand how our solutions can address their needs.
$100000 - $120000 a year
Key Responsibilities
Product Demos : Perform in-depth tailored product demonstrations to prospects showcasing the capabilities and unique selling points of KlearNow.AI βs solutions.
Technical Expertise : Collaborate with the sales team to provide product knowledge and technical expertise addressing customer needs technical queries and solution fit.
Pre-Sales Support : Assist in scoping client needs creating custom demo environments and configuring product features based on client-specific requirements.
Customer Engagement : Act as the primary technical point of contact during the sales process answering questions and ensuring clients fully understand the productβs value proposition.
Sales Enablement : Support the sales team by developing demo scripts technical collateral and user guides to help accelerate the sales cycle.
Feedback Loop : Gather insights from customer interactions and share feedback with product and development teams to inform ongoing improvements and innovations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the product marketing and engineering teams to ensure that demo environments are up-to-date and product features are well communicated to both internal and external stakeholders.
Solution Customization : Assist in customizing KlearNow.AI βs solutions to meet the specific business needs and technical requirements of prospective clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience : 3-5 years of experience in solutions engineer sales engineer or technical sales support role ideally in a supply chain SaaS logistics or AI-related industry.
Technical Expertise : Familiarity with AI/ML technologies cloud-based platforms and data integration. Prior experience with supply chain or customs technology is a plus.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
Presentation Skills : Proven ability to deliver compelling product demos that clearly convey business value and technical benefits.
Customer-Centric : A problem solver with a strong sense of empathy dedicated to helping customers find the right solution.
Team Collaboration : Ability to work cross-functionally with sales engineering and product teams to achieve business objectives.
Adaptability : Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and adjusting to changes in product offerings or customer needs.
Tools : Proficient with CRM software (HubSpot) and demo tools (Teams Walnut). Experience with API integrations is beneficial.
