Solutions Engineer with AdTech Expertise

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team, specializing in providing technical and product solutions across multiple teams. The ideal candidate should be skilled in frontend and backend technologies and have experience in AdTech environments, with a focus on troubleshooting, debugging, and delivering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary escalation point for resolving operational roadblocks and troubleshooting client-side code (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Work with frontend libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue to enhance product interfaces.
• Analyze and query databases using SQL, and use tools like Excel for data reporting.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Project Management, and Engineering teams to implement product improvements based on feedback.
• Debug and troubleshoot AdTech systems (DFP, GTM, Header Bidding, oRTB, Programmatic Workflow, PrebidJS) using tools like Postman and Charles Proxy.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients, including writing technical documentation and client-facing guides.

Frontend Experience:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Backend Experience:

• Strong proficiency in backend technologies like Node.js, Java, GoLang, or Python.
  

• Familiarity with AdTech (DFP, GTM, Header Bidding, oRTB, Programmatic Workflow, PrebidJS).
• Strong experience in SQL for querying databases.
• Knowledge of Looker or Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with debugging tools such as Postman and Charles Proxy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
