Having found strong product traction with ecommerce brands both in Europe and in the US, we’re now searching for a customer-focused technical leader to guide our Solutions Engineering team in the goal of unlocking maximum value for our customers.

Your impact

Contrary to popular belief, delivering real-world, high-impact AI solutions is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor. This is why we’ve built Zowie as a highly configurable and extendable platform capable of addressing many different needs of our customers. As the Solutions Engineering Lead you will drive the quality and speed of our implementations with customers and make sure our internal processes are efficient and sharp.

Ideally, you’ll bring with you:

• Excellent coding skills proven in development of production-grade applications
• 3+ years of experience in NodeJS (or alternative backend technology)
• Great communication skills to understand customer needs deeply and explain complex technical issues in simple terms
• Experience working directly with high-level customer stakeholders
• Strong organizational, planning, project management skills
• Experience leading a team of engineers
• Proactive, self-started attitude
• Working proficiency in English

It’ll be awesome if you also have experience with:

• REST API/GraphQL integrations
• TypeScript, ReactJS
• Docker Swarm / Kubernetes,
• Ansible
