The role (what you'll do):
The solutions expert team are responsible for educating and onboarding clients and prospects both pre and post sale.
The team has strong accounting domain expertise and a strong understanding of how to apply the Dext Commerce product to meet the unique requirements of each client.
The solution expert works closely with the sales org and the support org to help address specific product related questions from the client, assist with onboarding prospects and clients and ensure each new client finds initial success using the Dext Commerce product.

Requirements
Essentials
- Solid understanding of accounting principals, ideally with a bookkeeping background.
Desirables
- Experience working within a customer success team.
- You have account management or customer success experience.
- You have previous experience working with support tools that span chat, email, voice, and technical screen share support.
- You have familiarity with the use of support systems such as Salesforce, Service Cloud, Zendesk, Jira, etc.
- You have aptitude for digesting and effectively communicating technical and financial accounting concepts across audiences of varying technical ability.
