Solutions Group Program Manager - FAST Process
Job Description
Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions (TGCS) seeks a Program Manager for Solution Group Programs. The Program Manager for SG Programs will principally take day to day ownership of the FAST process that governs Toshiba’s product and solution lifecycle from idea through concept, proof of concept, commercialization, launch and ultimately end of life. They will be lead the execution of the process with our portfolio teams, collaborating across Toshiba’s functions to ensure alignment as product and solutions come through the process to market. They will spearhead continuous improvement of the FAST process and other initiatives across the Solution Group aimed to improve our speed to market and effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent retail experience.
8+ Years Business, Marketing, Engineering, Program Management
2+ Years Management andor leadership experience.
Special Skills: SMARTSHEET, Jira, Confluence
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage FAST stage gate process for new product/solution introduction, including standard operating procedures and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate across the organization to ensure alignment for the FAST process.
- Ensure solution investments are aligned to company strategic and financial objectives.
- Engage with program managers to ensure consistency of execution and harvest best practices, onboard key resources across the business to the FAST process.
- Ensure Voice of Customer gets incorporated throughout process.
- Manage requirements and engagement for process tooling (Solution Hub Smartsheet) to support FAST.
COMPLEXITY:
The role is highly complex, requiring detailed understanding of the FAST process operating procedures, process tooling and other applications used by the TGCS portfolio team.
This is a key role to ensure the execution and alignment of our product/solution portfolio lifecycle processes (FAST) that drive revenue for TGCS. This is critical to portfolio execution.
