The Services Portfolio Management team is responsible for the design, development, launch and maintenance of services and service products. This includes managing the product throughout its lifecycle; gathering and prioritizing service product and customer requirements; defining the services vision linked with the Nokia Software Apps portfolio and collaborating with key work partners to deliver winning service products and solutions. The position will be work with the Product & Services process in alignment with the Business Applications Services & Care business.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a track record of successfully creating and launching products and services, customer focused and technology savvy. Creative and highly analytical, able to work effectively in a matrix organization, easily adaptable to new processes and new ways of working in order to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers and the CNS Business Applications business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing new services to market linked to the product portfolio, that solve customer problems and create new sources of revenue for Business Applications. In this role, you will drive the service product strategy, vision and roadmap with an end-to-end ownership of the services offers and customer experience that supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
The primarily business focus of this position is around "Digital Operations" (Orchestration & Fulfillment), while also interacting with the other domains of the business.

As part of our team, you will:
- Understanding the Business Applications product lines and the service components along with their impact on our customers and market as a whole
- Define, develop and deliver new product attached services and subscription services that support organization's overall strategy and goals.
- Build relationships and identify stakeholders across the organization as it relates to the AS&C portfolio of products and service offers
- Assess the needs, opportunities and customer pain points, and develop business cases, strategies and roadmap
- Develop value propositions, positioning and messaging for your service offers/products
- Developing business cases will require in-depth financial analysis, projected returns on investment scenario modeling, pricing and pricing strategies, etc.
- Contribute to cross-functional process of prioritization, by utilizing data to make recommendations and press the Product & Engineering organizations
- Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver your approved service offers/products. Typical engagement involves teams from finance, engineering, operations, GBC Pre-Sales, AS&C Market Services, Marketing and third-party partners/alliances.
- Demonstrate strong product management discipline, adherence to defined processes and continuously looking for opportunities to introduce efficiencies.
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, such as computer science.
- Must have 5 years of Product Management experience
- Must have experience with one of the following disciplines: software technologies; Operations Software products experience
- Must be fluent in product management discipline
- Excellent verbal and written skills with ability to build great relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels across the organization
It would be nice if you also had:
- Must have a Master's degree in a technical discipline, such as computer science.
- Must have 10 years of Product Management experience
- Must have experience with software technologies; "Orchestration & Fulfillment" products experience is preferred
- Must be fluent in product management discipline with a focus in Services
- Experience in developing an end to end strategy for a software business
- Experience managing a worldwide business including products and services type businesses.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with ability to build great relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels across the organization
- Excellent understanding of the industry landscape, including customers, potential partners, direct competitors and competing and emerging technologies and architectures.
- Experience and demonstrated ability in identifying changing business models, and ability to associate these to changing solution/product and architecture requirement.
- Ability to work collaboratively across many teams within the organization including sales, business development/technical sales, product management, marketing, services & support, R&D, documentation, manufacturing, operations, program and release management.
- Solid technical and operational understanding of service provider networking environments.
- Ability and flexibility to develop and deliver presentations to a wide variety of audiences and to define and participate in product demonstrations during conferences, trade shows.
- Strong consulting skills to work with both external and internal customers and suppliers, sometimes for understanding and sometimes for driving product and network architectures, features, constraints, and limits.
- Proficiency in conflict management and negotiation, with abilities to influence and lead others.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; autonomy and ability to manage competing demands
- High energy; willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work in both high-level, strategic context and pragmatic execution of specific projects with practical constraints on network functional requirements and schedules and product or feature constraints.
- Ability to forge trusted relationships using an open and respectful communication and collaboration style.
Competencies

- Basic understanding of the SAFe/Agile Processes
- Basic understanding of Professional Services business models
- Basic understanding of the Nokia CNS Create process
