The Solutions Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue through the development of compelling content that differentiates our healthcare staffing marketplace and service offerings, along with our internally developed web and mobile application to clinicians and hospital system leaders. This role will function as a primary writer — responsible for deliverables of substantial scope and complexity — driving positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers our sales channels to be successful.

Responsibilities:
- Work in a fast-paced environment to adhere to deadlines and timely delivery of content
- Act as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, including developing content for speaking engagements for internal experts.
- Author website content, blogs, long-form articles, ebooks, white papers, journal articles, byline articles, etc.
- Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
- Stay up to date on competitor positioning and convey differentiation of product and service benefits through written and video presentations.
- Coordinate and execute launch plans for new features and product initiatives
- Develop and support sales presentations
- Develop and support RFP/RFI products
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably with technology sector
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Knowledge of AP style preferred
- Creative eye for layout and design
- Acute attention to detail

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of $95,000 to $105,000.
The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
