We are looking for a Solutions Marketing Senior Manager to lead a newly formed team responsible for delivering innovative marketing strategies for our software, data-enabled solutions, and RMR products supporting our network of Pro installers, security dealers, and utility customers.
Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of accomplishments in developing, deploying and delivering go-to-market SaaS products that meet and/or exceed business objectives and revenue targets.
This high-impact position will be responsible for providing leadership and management of our Solutions Marketing team and working closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience teams. Guided by data and insights, you will deploy strategies to persona-based target audiences that deliver industry-leading value unique to Resideo.
JOB DUTIES:
- Develop, manage, and execute go-to-market strategies, product launches, and feature releases aligned to company objectives and meet or exceed business projections.
- Actively participate in short and long-term strategic planning activities focusing on innovation, industry evolution from hardware to smart-ware, and customer lifecycle management.
- Work closely with Product Management to develop clearly articulated product positioning, value props, personas, and differentiated messaging.
- As a cross-functional lead in a matrixed organization, partner closely with Sales, Channel Marketing, Marcom, and Customer Experience teams to ensure best-in-class execution of go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze industry, competitor, and consumer insights to inform product positioning, proactively identify opportunities, and increase market share.
- Oversee integrated marketing strategy (paid, owned and earned tactics) and content development to drive awareness and acquire leads through digital, industry, trade, and influencer marketing.
- Enable Sales Teams, direct and indirect, with lead generation, reporting, processes, and training to drive and influence customer participation in Solutions programs.
- Model collaboration and effectiveness in delivering program through work plans, resource allocations, risk management, scope change control, milestone monitoring, key stakeholder buy-in and support, cross-functional team management, and communication strategies.
- Forecast, manage, and approve financial budgets based on achieving strategic growth objectives, financial trends and modeling, and cross-functional partnerships.
- Hire, lead, develop and inspire team to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization while embracing our vision, purpose, and values.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 7+ years' experience in supporting go to market strategies in fast-paced, leading tech companies.
- 5+ years in leadership excellence; building teams, leading and developing direct or indirect reports.
- Experience with SAAS and/or Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) and Solutions models.
- Robust experience on program effectiveness and ROI measurement.
