Solutions Purchaser Intern

We require the support of an intern to perform the following activities:

Contracts

• Document collection tracking
• Follow up on signature
• Upload contracts to SSP-SRM platform

• Supplier status validation
• Follow up on registration of new suppliers

• Send questionnaire to suppliers via Forms
• Reception and validation of information from suppliers
• Monitoring compliance

• Monitoring of evaluations for continuous supplier improvement
• Support improvement action plan
• Sharing percentage of service level and monthly OTD (on time delivery)
