About The Job

The Solutions Support Representative is responsible for accurately quoting customer orders, properly processing purchases and invoices, enforcing pricing protections, managing vendor relationships, resolving customer billing questions and generating monthly sales reporting.Ā

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales initiatives with technical team members to properly scope new project and sales quotes.
  • Research, build, prepare and confirm the accuracy and profitability of product, service and project cost quotations and orders.
  • Properly convert quotes, process orders and generate customer billing within the organization’s ConnectWise professional services automation platform.
  • As a part of this role, theĀ solutions supportĀ representative will need to be a liaison between the functional sales team (ESM, SMV, Outside Sale) and the procurement department to "translate" issues into proper terms for procurement and help solve said problems. This will also mean performing some procurement-based tasks like order tracking.
  • Analyze, monitor and adjust service and product pricing to maintain and enforce profitability margins.
  • Manage vendor relationships, perform deal registrations and negotiate favorable product, service pricing, and help coordinate Marketing Designated Funds for future Louisville Geek usage.
  • Track and resolve customer billing inquiries.
  • Main point-of-contactĀ for agreement-based questions and adjustments. It will be your responsibility to make Office 365 adjustments and ensure they are properly reflected in the customer's agreement. In order processing this will come into play, as well. This person must ensure they setup an agreement as quoted, and with proper dates, when quote is won and converted.
  • Understand monthly reports, backed by hard ConnectWise data, tracking product and service sales, margins and performance.
  • Comply with all organization business policies, workflow processes and documentation practices.

Education & Experience (Preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field is preferred
  • Five years of experience in a similar technical sales role is preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and communications skills.
  • Ability to master the ConnectWise Sell and Manage platforms.
  • Above-average professional communication skills.
