position offers a solution support specialist the opportunity to support customers, assist with
technical issues, create documentation, and train users. This position works as a member of a
multidisciplinary team that includes other support staff, developers, and leadership team
members.
Qualifications/Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in the direct delivery of Solutions
- Help desk experience for software solutions
- Well-versed in standards of care across a variety of disciplines
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite of products
- Experience with the following technologies would be advantageous
- Reporting and Analysis using Crystal Reports
- SQL Server Management
- SQL Query Development
- VPN configuration and troubleshooting
- Working in or with Social Services organizations would be advantageous
