to support world-class solutions for customers in a very collaborative work environment. This

position offers a solution support specialist the opportunity to support customers, assist with

technical issues, create documentation, and train users. This position works as a member of a

multidisciplinary team that includes other support staff, developers, and leadership team

members.

Qualifications/Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the direct delivery of Solutions
  • Help desk experience for software solutions
  • Well-versed in standards of care across a variety of disciplines
  • Experience with the Microsoft Suite of products
  • Experience with the following technologies would be advantageous
    • Reporting and Analysis using Crystal Reports
    • SQL Server Management
    • SQL Query Development
    • VPN configuration and troubleshooting
    • Working in or with Social Services organizations would be advantageous
