S&OP Project Manager

This role will support the S&OP leader (Supply Chain VP) and thecore team to strength the Sales and Operations Planning processes, includingS&OE, by ensuring global framework process adherence (calendar, templates,metrics, input/output expected in each step), creating digital transformationroadmaps, lead training and change management activities to guarantee process effectiveness,stability, and continuous improvement in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Support S&OP Executive leaders in the preparation and coordination of the executive S&OP meeting materials, calendar activities synchronization with different functions and agenda topics (decision templates, Pre-SOP agenda)
Together with S&OP leaders and Core team further develop process design and documentation of S&OP following the standard global process, including S&OE.
Increase the process maturity by implementing continuous improvements initiatives identified by the core team in the different steps of the process.
Drive training & development program execution across the business area to improve S&OP awareness, understanding and effectiveness.
Lead the creation of a S&OP/S&OE digital transformation roadmap.
Lead IBP and other systems enhancements projects from business perspective to support S&OP/S&OE processes in the Business Unit
Manage cross functional project teams to ensure milestone achievement
Apply project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to a broad range of tasks in order to meet requirements and to deliver the end results
Communicate with all relevant stakeholders within and outside the project, supply chain and other business units
β’ Proactively identify project risks and define mitigation plansβ’ Report project progress/ risks and issues to relevant decision bodies at an early stage

EDUCATION &EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelors in engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or related areas
5-7 years' experience in end-to-end business planning (IBP/S&OP) with Subject Matter Expertise in Supply Chain, Financial, Marketing and/or Sales processes with demonstrated track record of achievement and growth.
Experience within Demand and Supply Planning for the Supply Chain, Procurement, SC execution, and or business support team roles
Strong skills and experience with diagnosing and resolving complex issues and identifying transformational opportunities.
Able to manage with ambiguity and autonomy.
Ability to orally communicate clearly and precisely and in writing to individuals and groups.
Demonstrated Project management experience in demand or supply chain planning areas, IT systems implementation. Expertise in SAP-IBP, APO, PPDS, BPC is a plus.
Analytical Tool knowledge with PowerBI, MS Excel, and/or MS PowerPoint.
