As our first Sourcer to Aisera, you will work closely with our Talent Leader to help drive outside impact to find the best talent for our US openings. You will bring your deep expertise to the role and build targeted searches for our GTM, Engineering, and priority positions. Strategize ways to build diverse talent pipelines including underrepresented candidates and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns. We’re passionate about delivering an awesome candidate experience and that starts with the first conversation a candidate has with us.Â
What you’ll do:
- Build highly targeted searches that deliver candidate profiles with precision
- Find, engage, and activate a diverse pipeline of prospective candidates through the use of Boolean, Linked In and alternative search techniques
- Craft thoughtful approaches to candidate outreach to engage even the most passive talent
- Cultivate relationships with high-priority targets over the long-term, including talent research and "mapping”
- Partner with our Talent Leader to manage an efficient model of operationÂ
- Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal partnersÂ
- Recommend and drive improvements that impact pipeline areasÂ
- Conduct research to understand the competitive landscapeÂ
- Maintain data integrity; proactively share data-centric updates with internal partnersÂ
- Participate in various projects to help continuously improve recruiting functionÂ
- Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to achieve hiring goalsÂ
- Develop a strong understanding of the recruiting process and drive/recommend improvementsÂ

What you’ll bring:
- 3-5 years of experience of sourcing talent across a range of specializations, including Engineering GTM, Sales, and Product Management/Marketing
- Comfortable sourcing for multiple high volume reqs and working closely with hiring managers
- Demonstrable success in hiring top technical talent at a high-growth startup or premier tech company
- Track record of delivering healthy candidate volume while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness and care to each stakeholder and candidate in the process
- Knowledge of recruiting processes and tools (like Greenhouse)Â
- Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem solving skillsÂ
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skillsÂ
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyÂ
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
