• Location: Remote, USA, preference to Hybrid in the Cincinnati area. 

We are looking for an experienced Sourcer to join our team and help with the tremendous and exciting growth that we are seeing at InfoTrust. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will support the Recruiters and Head of Talent Acquisition to search, find, and ultimately place candidates into key positions for our company.

How will the Sourcer impact the organization:

InfoTrust is at a stage in our growth where we are scaling, adding an additional 40-60% of employees in the next year. Due to this, we really need to focus on growing our pipelines for both active and passive candidates. Some day-to-day activities might include:

• Perform advanced search methods (Boolean, Xray, etc..) to find top talent
• Send intriguing and thoughtful messages to potential candidates to engage them with the InfoTrust brand, leading them towards a mutually beneficial connection
• Keep meticulous notes and leverage the ATS and CRM to track candidate interactions, ensuring that we have a strong bench of candidates for key/evergreen roles
• Stay up to date on technology and tools so that you can utilize the best tools for the search at hand
• Collaborate with Recruiters to ensure that job descriptions are optimized and what the value proposition and persona that matches each role
• Collaborate with the Recruiting Coordinator on job postings and other inbound efforts
• Utilize analytics and reporting tools, aiming to use them for continuous improvement and target what is working and what is not
• Connect with internal Referrals
• As needed, assist with first-round interviews 

This position is considered part-time: 25 - 30 hours per week.

• A curious person who seeks out knowledge and loves to learn new things, staying at the cutting edge
• A deep understanding of different sourcing tools
• Advanced skills in boolean and xray search methods
• A track record of improving response rates, backed by excellent written communication skills
• An excellent communicator -- can conduct phone screens as needed and describe positions and departments
• A great collaborator that likes working as part of a team, working towards one goal. Someone that has great follow-through and the team knows they can trust them to get things done! 

Location: 

We are open to remote, in-person in Cincinnati or Chicago, or hybrid. Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
