Stream Data Centers powers, cools, protects, and connects the technology of the world's well-known hyperscale data companies, cloud providers and large enterprises. Stream is currently developing and operating across eight markets in North America. POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals. Your primary objective will be to build a pipeline of qualified candidates to support our hiring needs across different departments and levels. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and recruiters.
Preferred in the following local markets: Chicago, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Phoenix.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract passive candidates, including but not limited to social media, job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
- Pipeline Building: Proactively build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles. Including but not limited to scheduling and coordination of interviews.
- Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, feedback, and information about our company and opportunities.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities, and provide support in sourcing and assessing candidates accordingly.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and market intelligence to continuously improve sourcing strategies and approaches.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent our organization positively and professionally in all interactions with candidates and external partners.
- This position may require occasional travel to attend networking events, job fairs, or other recruitment-related activities. Travel is expected to be 10-15% annually.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sourcer or in a similar talent acquisition role.
- Staffing agency experience and or in-house sourcing experience preferred of 2+ years.
- Experience managing 12+ requisitions at a time across various departments.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
The pay range for this role is between $60,000 - $75,000 (base). Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related reasons. Stream Data Centers offers annual bonus, benefits, flexible time off (vacation), 401k and a variety of other perks and benefits.
