• Establishing talent pipelines through referral generation, using external professional networks and alternative search techniques to target, attract, and develop talent prospects
• Build and utilize outreach campaigns to consistently attract top talent
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring leaders and recruiters to ensure proper skill set alignment on open requisitions
• Conduct structured assessments to evaluate desired skills, competencies, and culture fit
• Utilize metrics and data analytics to measure effectiveness of our outreach programs and recruiting efforts

• You’re a person with 2 years of experience in the talent acquisition field
• You’ll have worked with LinkedIn Recruiter and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on detail, organization, and responsiveness
• Successfully able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• You’ll have a Bachelor's degree and performance well in your studies
• You’ll especially enjoy being part of a team in a rapidly growing and evolving professional organization
