The Role 

As a core member of our People and talent team, you will be a key driver in growing Newsela’s Technology and Product functions over the coming years. You will support the full life-cycle recruitment for job openings and deliver the best experience to all candidates and hiring managers. Partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers,  you will create powerful sourcing strategies to hire top talent, achieve hiring goals, and build a diverse talent pool. Beyond simply recruiting for our growing team, you will be an influential team member helping shape and build our company culture as our business expands rapidly.
