Responsibilities:

• Data analysis of supplier spend, and category to create actionable results for procurement
• Develop scorecard/dashboard for procurement KPIs
• Manage and Support the Supplier Onboarding, RFP, Deal Negotiations, and Agreement Execution process
• Assist in RFx pricing and content analysis
• Assist and develop RFx content including business requirements, evaluation criteria and pricing models
• Review and approve pay lists with focus on effective cash management strategies
• Play a significant role in establishing an effective and efficient purchase order process including ensure that all appropriate approvals are obtained before the Company engages in relationships with suppliers
• Manage the procurement process to ensure all contracts have received appropriate review
• Assist in the negotiation of contract pricing where needed
• Assist in the review of contracts to ensure that terms are appropriate based on Company's policies
• Assist in the creation of risk and control matrices and related process and policy documents for respective processes
• Implement new controls as needed to ensure risks are mitigated including ongoing management for change and version control
• Work collaboratively with Security, FP&A, and legal on the procurement process
  Assist in various special projects as they arise including system implementations

Requirements:

• + years in procurement, strategic sourcing and/or supply chain roles
• Strong Excel Skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, start-up environment
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Detail oriented
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Great team player and willing to roll up sleeves to help others on the team

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, data analytics or similar
• Experience in working with procure to pay systems
