Sourcing Analyst

The Sourcing Analyst is responsible for supporting and coordinating efforts for the sourcing department. This includes maintaining core systems to the sourcing department, such as ServiceNow and the Contract Management System. The maintenance of sourcing systems includes reporting, analysis of the contract data and data validation/quality control. The analyst will also collaborate with stakeholders and build relationships with internal customers to support sourcing, procurement, and contract functions. The Sourcing Analyst will also be responsible for purchases of print and promotional items as well as creating purchase orders, assisting with inventory, and supporting regulatory and ad-hoc projects or initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years' experience in reporting, procurement, or support functions
• Bachelor's Degree required. 4 years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
• Experience leading projects preferred
• Experience with relationship management preferred
• Experience with database management preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft applications required (Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Analytical and problem solving skills required, including query design and report design
• Demonstrated skills and experience with statistical, spreadsheet, presentation and word processing software
• Ability to leverage complex information into organized, illustrative presentation formats to influence decision-making
• Strong planning and workflow management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage and shift priorities to meet day-to-day operational needs
• Demonstrated ability to work with wide range of internal and external customers at all levels of authority
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills

Hourly salary range: $27.00 - $36.00

CDPHP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. In addition to cash compensation, CDPHP employees may be eligible for an incentive payment, a discretionary cash reward based on employee and company performance. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
