Sourcing Analyst

The Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Analyst will be responsible for supporting strategic sourcing, vendor management and internal stakeholder management at realtor.com across all business units. This position requires excellent internal and external stakeholder abilities.  This role will support strategic sourcing processes and initiatives that take into consideration the impact on operations, customers and internal partners.

This position will support consistency in approach and quality and depth of analysis during the procurement/sourcing process, will help control and reduce spend across the organization, provide ad-hoc analyses and will report into the Director of Strategic Sourcing.

What you’ll do:

• Develop, strategize, implement and manage sourcing for select spend categories
• Establish and nurture relationships with key vendors and respective supplier base
• Demonstrate best practices for supplier relationship management and support vendor business reviews
• Work cross-functionally with FP&A and stakeholders to develop savings targets and deliver agreed upon economic value to the Business
• Evaluate total cost/supply analyses to identify opportunities to reduce Total Cost Ownership
• Serve as a business partner to key Business Unit stakeholders by identifying their critical business requirements and providing procurement services to meet/exceed their deliverables
• Lead supplier engagement processes including conducting vendor due diligence, RFx, negotiations and vendor management across a variety of categories
• Prepare and execute clear, structured, negotiations following the Strategic Sourcing process
• Managing the contract database and Procurement sourcing tools
• Align with consistent application of procurement processes across constituent groups to drive compliance
• Institutionalize procurement performance measures that demonstrate value and ensure supplier performance

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required in a quantitative business discipline, MBA preferred
• 3-8+ years experience in a Procurement or Strategic Sourcing function
• Supply chain management and/or FP &A experience preferred
• Internal/external business consulting experience desired
• Demonstrated experience of leading stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to exceed demands of various internal stakeholders across multiple business units
• Ability to make decisions based on cost/financial analysis
• Superior negotiation skills with an ability to develop mutually beneficial relationships with vendors
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service orientation and client-centered focus
• Knowledge of best practices, procurement rate cards, strategic alliances, supplier certification, etc.
• Knowledge of external market analysis to ensure best pricing/service mix
• Related industry experience procuring a diversified range of products and services
