Outsourcing Coordination: Manage requests from sister companies, ensuring alignment with procurement strategies.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and identify new sourcing opportunities.

Negotiation: Engage in negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions with suppliers.

Process Optimization: Develop and refine procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Reporting: Prepare reports on sourcing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance for management review.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and quality assurance, to align procurement strategies with business goals.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with suppliers and procurement processes
