Sourcing & Category Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement contract management and communication processes

• Conduct industry and supplier research, market intelligence, and financial analysis to support procurement category functions

• Recommend process improvements to reduce costs or generate revenue

• Manage supplier performance and assess service delivery issues

• Resolve service delivery challenges to ensure optimal supplier relationships

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Brisbane-based (required)

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the mining industry

• Demonstrated experience in sourcing and category management strategy

• Some leadership or team management experience (preferred)

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in relevant related skills

• Associate Degree/College Diploma in a relevant field of study
