As a Sourcing Initiatives Manager, you will be responsible for supporting Oil Field Services sourcing strategy that allows business continuity and improves profitability. You will identify best cost sources of machined components, conduct global RFQs and negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. You will achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction. Develops operational plan for own department and contribute to plan of the larger units.

Partner with the best

As a Supplier Performance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting Global RFQ's. Create and execute Best Cost Country Sourcing Plans.
• Defining supplier strategies, including the optimization of supplier panels.
• Leading negotiations and allocating needs to specific suppliers. Negotiating terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement
• Owning sourcing specific ERPs, processes and tools. Review and improve processes. Work on special initiatives.
• Developing regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context.
• Effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.
• Servicing unit providing services to the function or directly to the business.
• Handling work requiring analysis and interpretation. Procedures don't cover all the exceptions. Approaches for exceptions have to be developed.
• Traveling to supplier locations to conduct supplier evaluations and business reviews.

Fuel your passion:

In order to be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sourcing).
• Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Sourcing Initiatives.
