Sourcing Manager

Alphanumeric is hiring a SOURCING MANAGER to work in Deerfield, IL with an experienced manufacturer of leading global consumer health brands.

This role is responsible for making recommendations regarding inventory management, replenishment tactics and future planning. Drive root cause analysis to Supply Chain interruptions. Impact/Adjust Antuit store/item level forecasting utilizing analytics.

* Manage Big Data to facilitate problem solving and decision making at the Customer store and DC

* Responsible for monitoring, replenishing and maintaining customer's DC inventory levels in relation to agreed upon goals; including all new and promotional items.

* Support internal/external customers with business reports

Job Requirements

Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree or 2 + years in a Supply Chain role

* Solid understanding of forecasting, replenishment and logistic concepts

* Proficiency in various Customer software applications, systems & web based tools

* Strong analytical skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Solid problem-solving skills.

* Strong interpersonal skills
