Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Sourcing Manager.

Position type: Full-time, contract

Duration: 12 months

Location: Pleasanton, CA (hybrid)

As a Sourcing Manager you will:

Seeking a Sr. Global Sourcing Manager on a contingent basis to support Travel, Meetings & Marketing Sourcing Team in the Global Procurement Office (GPO). This person will help drive the development and execution of category strategies within Marketing and/or Meetings & Events, understand business/company requirements, and collaborate with business partners. Responsibilities include performing spend and market analysis, conducting Requests for Proposals, negotiating contracts and pricing, and fostering business and supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate will have:

-8+ years of direct experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Sourcing or Masters Degree & 6+ years of combined experience working in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Business, and / or Finance

Other Qualifications

-Experience and interest in Marketing and/or Meeting & Events sourcing strongly preferred

-Demonstrated sourcing experience leading RFx's, conducting supplier management activities, and managing a Sourcing category with a focus on Marketing and/or Meetings & Events

-Proficient at standard Sourcing and Category Management concepts, practices, and procedures

-Proven critical thinking by translating, analyzing and crafting solutions from advanced financial modeling and data analysis

-Excellent understanding of contracts and contract management

-Advanced at developing and executing negotiation strategies

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Proactive, results-oriented, punctual, persuasive, and an excellent teammate

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $60/hr - 65/hr W2

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
