The Opportunity:

You’ll jump-start your career with us by taking ownership of these key responsibilities:

• Source and engage with top talents through various channels and platforms.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through an ATS.

• Collaborate with hiring managers.

• Screen resumes and profiles to evaluate candidate qualifications.

• Maintain candidate records and sourcing metrics.

• Continuously improve sourcing processes and techniques.

Who Is Our Ideal Candidate?

• Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment for at least 2 years.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.

• Excellent communication and networking skills.

• Proficiency in ATS and HR software like Ashby.

• Proactive - takes the initiative to learn and improve in the role

• Detail-oriented – pays attention especially to the minor details of tasks

• Embrace ambiguity – when you don't know how to do something you ask Google.

• Low ego – if you don't know the answer you ask questions. You aren't afraid of anybody knowing what you don't know.

• Honest – even when the truth isn't great you speak it. If you had an off day or your manager is wrong you say so.

Job Details:

• Full-time status (40 hours per week)

• Able to work during US Eastern time zone

Compensation:

• Starting hourly rate of $5.00 - $7.00 USD (depending on experience)
