Position Summary:

The Clinical Ancillaries Sourcing Specialist is responsible for product through approved supplier. As a sourcing coordinator, you should ensure that the products are delivered on time and to customer's and Fisher's quality standards. You act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, since get the sourcing requirement, proposing the appropriate sourcing strategy, providing timely and accurate communication and information to BDs or CAM project managers related to CAM projects, both internal and external. Timely preparation of reports and other information to customers is also required. As a member of COM(Compartor)/CAM sourcing, you needs to support tasks from COM(Compartor).

Responsibility:

Clinical Ancillaries Management Sourcing

• Maintain good and long-standing supplier relationship with CAM suppliers, including manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer
• Negotiate competitive contracts and/or T&Cs, inclusive attractive prices and payment term, while purchasing clinical ancillaries
• Perform supplier benchmarking, satisfaction and any other analysis, SWOT or other as appropriate. Report and share this info with Comparator/CMA Sourcing team through Score cards or other appropriate medium
• Provide regulatory support for sourcing and movement of goods

Communication with supplier and Project manager

• Generate documents and presentations about products, markets and comparator specific matters to support customers' needs.
• Double check and confirm the lead time with supplier before place the supplier PO and suggest PM the ETA.
• Place PO and implements the documentation to enable handover to Sourcing coordinator.
• Displays professional behaviors to handle issue resistance and pressure

Comparator Sourcing Activities Support

• Support activities and tasks of Comparator Sourcing

Hiring Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 3-5 Years Minimum Experience, preferably at wholesaler or in the supply chain management in pharmaceutical/ medical device company or industry.

• Familiarity with trading of pharmaceuticals/ medical device of advantage.

• Multi-tasker, Interpersonal Skills and Surrounding Partner Interactions.

• Proven track record in sourcing and supplier relationship management

• Strong business and financial foresight

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and exercises good judgment and appropriate discretion when reaching conclusions.

• Anti-pressure and enjoys working with diverse team

• Fluent in Chinese and English, other languages a plus.
