Sourcing Specialist
Job Description
The Analytical Solutions Division (ASD) of Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) is looking for a Sourcing Specialist in the Huntsville, AL area to play a vital role in sourcing top talent to join our division. Primary duties will include working with our Senior Recruiter to identify top talent for our open requisitions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates using multiple recruiting platforms (online and in-person). Tasks also include strategic sourcing top talent, reviewing resume, and inviting candidates to apply to qualified requirements. The Sourcing Specialist will also work to build and expand a pipeline of talent for future business needs and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates. This is a full-time position. To be successful in this role, you should have previous technical recruiting experiencealong with a demonstrated skill in sourcing and evaluating candidates. You should also be passionate about helping us build a strong pipeline of candidates.

Required Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience working as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience finding top talent utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and similar tools
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Bachelors degree
- Must be a US citizen
Desired Skills:
- Relevant experience with Security Clearance process for DoD
