We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team for a 6 month contract. You will lead sourcing efforts for our new staffing business unit by partnering closely with our recruiting and client services team to find talent for our global, enterprise clients. Must be eligible and open to engaging in a Corp to Corp arrangement through your independently registered organization.Â

Would you like to...Â
- Partner with our recruiters to create targeted sourcing strategies
- Implement and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various sourcing techniques and channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, industry website/community, Boolean search, etc.)
- Reach out to passive candidates to generate interest and engagement
- Build strong candidate pipelines and talent pools for current and future roles
- Monitor metrics (e.g. conversion rate via different channels) to continually optimize sourcing strategies and process
- Share market trends and talent sourcing best practices
We would like you to have...Â
- 2 + years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing in a staffing agency setting
- 2 + years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other search tools for sourcing talent
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS), e.g.; Greenhouse
- Skilled at building and optimizing customized candidate sourcing strategies
- Strong experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Promote our employer brand online and offline
- Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience sourcing for marketing, program management, and analytics roles is a plus
- Experience working with Fortune 100 clients is a plusÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or relevant field

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $75,000/yearÂ
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.Â
