Sourcing Specialist, VMS

We would like you to have... 

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing in a staffing agency setting
• 3+ years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other search tools for sourcing talent
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS), e.g.; Greenhouse
• Skilled at building and optimizing customized candidate sourcing strategies
• Strong experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates
• Promote our employer brand online and offline
• Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience sourcing for marketing, program management, and analytics roles is a plus
• Experience working with Fortune 100 clients is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or relevant field
• Eligible to engage in a Corp to Corp arrangement through your independently registered organization

Compensation Range: $32.00- $35.00/HR

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
