Sourcing Specialist/Recruiter (Remote)

This is a fully remote position.

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist/Recruiter to join our recruitment team to play a critical role in the day-to-day candidate sourcing activities. The role will coordinate sourcing activities while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers. Responsibilities include managing various sourcing channels and regularly interacting with both active and passive candidates. To be successful in this role you should be a friendly, proactive and a motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates on effective sourcing strategy
• Works closely with recruiters and hiring managers in various departments to define candidate needs
• Sources candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals
• Communicate and engage with a variety of candidates
• Build and maintain a talent pool to meet future hiring needs

Requirements

• 2 years experience in a Talent Sourcing or Recruiter role
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and candidate management systems
• Strong communication skills
• Positive, optimistic, results oriented
