Your Role and Responsibilities

As a self-driven Sourcing Tactical Buyer, you will be responsible for executing tactical projects according to the category strategy and follow strategy where needed/applicable.
This role will report to a people manager within Procurement Services organization, with business direction provided by a Sourcing Manager. It requires the ability to conduct market analysis, including market drivers, supplier profiles and relative negotiating positions and create and consult on Category management and strategies.

• Sourcing knowledge, at least 2-5 years of sourcing related experience preferably in indirect procurement categories.
• Fluent English language skills (German language is a bonus)
• Demonstrate negotiation skills and expertise
• Supplier relationship management and client facing skills
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Proactive mindset, self-motivated and, assertive and strong team player

• Technology: Ariba, SAP, Coupa, MS Office suite, Outlook
• Experience with dashboards, data and reporting
• Procurement category specific expertise
