A well-known restaurant group in East Austin is looking for aSous Chefto help lead a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. This is a full-time salaried role with leadership growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
• Oversee daily BOH operations and lead service
• Maintain quality, consistency, and food safety standards
• Support staff training, hiring, and team development
• Collaborate on new menu items and kitchen systems
• Track inventory, prep, and manage COGS with the CDC
