A well-known restaurant group in East Austin is looking for aSous Chefto help lead a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. This is a full-time salaried role with leadership growth opportunities.
What Youβll Do:
β’ Oversee daily BOH operations and lead service
β’ Maintain quality, consistency, and food safety standards
β’ Support staff training, hiring, and team development
β’ Collaborate on new menu items and kitchen systems
β’ Track inventory, prep, and manage COGS with the CDC
