Sous Chef

Hilltown Tavern is looking for Sous chef that can handle running a fast paced kitchen in the Chef's absence. Minimum 2 years cooking exp with references . Must be able to work up to 45hrs/wk, lead and work well with others, be reliable, timely, and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
