Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager
Job Description
Long standing catering company seeks sous chef with strong experience in high volume gourmet looking. Ideal individuals would have experience in either hot kitchen or cold kitchen / tray work.
The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting leadership and sales team of the catering operation, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance. The Sous Chef is accountable for back of house (kitchen) performance, ensuring continuous improvement in culinary operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,215.83 - $58,000.00 per year
