What You'll Do:
• Culinary Execution & Innovation:Collaborate with the Executive Chef/Owners to refine our menu, ensuring every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our impeccable standards for quality, consistency, and presentation. Bring your creative ideas to the table!
• Team Leadership & Mentorship:Lead, train, and inspire our kitchen staff across both locations. Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and professional kitchen culture where team members can learn and grow.
• Operational Excellence:Oversee the day-to-day rhythm of the kitchen. Manage inventory, streamline ordering from our trusted vendors, and maintain optimal stock levels to control costs and minimize waste.
• Uphold the Standard:Champion the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization. Ensure both kitchens are always in pristine condition and compliant with all health regulations.
• Strategic Partnership:Act as a vital link between the kitchen teams and ownership. Communicate effectively to solve challenges, implement new strategies, and contribute directly to the success of both restaurants.
What You Bring to the Table:
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or a strong Kitchen Lead in a high-volume, quality-driven restaurant.
• A deep passion for food, a strong command of culinary techniques, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
• Natural leadership abilities with a talent for motivating, teaching, and developing a team.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to confidently manage operations at two locations.
• A calm, focused, and professional demeanor, especially under pressure.
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the rhythm of the restaurant business.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
