Oracle NSG has an opportunity for a Consulting Project Manager/ Business Development Manager to build a technical professional services organization to support SOUTHCOM.

This Manager position is responsible for an increasingly diverse portfolio based upon complexity of the customers, solutions, and dollar value of the portfolio. Responsibilities include people management, project oversight, business development and growth.

Accountable for developing and growing technical professional services business, fulfilling business goals, meeting budgets, maintaining project/portfolio profitability while ensuring quality of project delivery and customer reference ability. Responsible for collaborating with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for growth within the client and develop strategies to meet their needs. Responsible for creating operational policies in support of strategic objectives. Oversees solutions and estimates in support of the sales process. Assesses and manages business risks in pursuit of overall business goals. Is accountable for managing a substantive and profitable revenue stream and customer base. Typically manages multiple project/program managers and/or senior level individual contributors. Serves as advisor or project sponsor role for complex engagements.
