Location:
We have offices in New York, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, and India. This is a hybrid position you will be working out of our India office based in Gurgaon, but you may have the opportunity to work from home.
About the role:
Rights Management is looking for a S&P Coordinator, India.
In this role, you will be reviewing curations, scripts, rough cuts, and final cuts of UGC and third-party channel programming for compliance with Standards & Practices. This role works alongside production, legal and rolls into the Clearance Team.
About you:
To succeed, you must have attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple projects at once at a fast pace, be highly organized, think critically and communicate notes effectively. You should be ready to take the initiative to accomplish personal & team goals.
Your day-day:

• Review curations, scripts, rough cuts, and final cuts of UGC
• Provide clearance notes that align with standards and practices
• Collaborate with Streaming TV Department and Legal to understand new Standards & Practices guidelines and participate in production calls to ensure upcoming content follows compliances
• Assist with Rights Management duties as needed
• Data entry

You have:

• Prefer associate's degree
• Interested in TV Production for Clearances and Standard and Practices
• Resourceful internet skills & reliable Internet connection
• Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), databases, web browsers, streaming video platforms
• Ability to prioritize and pay close attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively within and outside the department
• Work well under pressure
• Superior organizational skills
• Schedule Flexibility

The Rights Management Team at Trusted Media Brands is growing.
