THE JOB:

As a Spa Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire experience. Through a mix of clerical duties and exceptional service, you’ll be instrumental in creating lasting WOW moments that guests will remember long after their visit.

THE STARTING RATE: $13.50 (plus service charge plus 3% commission)
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet each guest with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel immediately at ease.

• Schedule and coordinate spa and salon appointments with precision, aligning with guest preferences.

• Seamlessly manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from beginning to end.

• Provide enthusiastic, top-tier service by addressing guest inquiries and fulfilling their needs with care and efficiency.

• Handle daily transactions and maintain expertise in our spa/salon software systems.

• Proactively promote and sell spa treatments, service upgrades, and retail products to elevate the guest experience.
