THE JOB:

As a Spa Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire experience. Through a mix of clerical duties and exceptional service, you’ll be instrumental in creating lasting WOW moments that guests will remember long after their visit. 

THE STARTING PAY: $13.50 (plus service charge plus 3% commission)

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Warmly welcome spa guests and assist with scheduling Spa and Salon appointments.
• Check guests in and out, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
• Deliver consistent, enthusiastic service while answering guest inquiries and addressing any needs with professionalism.
• Manage daily transactions and maintain proficiency in spa/salon software.
• Actively promote and sell service treatments, upgrades, and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
