THE JOB: 

As a Spa Receptionist at Aria, you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our valued guests. Your role will involve managing appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all visitors. You will play a crucial part in creating a relaxing and professional atmosphere that reflects the high standards of our spa creating WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY RATE: $15.00 / Per Hour + Commission 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Guest Reception: Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere from their arrival
  • Phone Management: Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to the appropriate staff or department
  • Email Correspondence: Handle general email inquiries from guests and staff promptly and professionally
  • Scheduling: Arrange conference calls and meetings for office staff as needed
  • Office Equipment: Maintain office equipment, coordinate repairs, and ensure everything is in working order
  • Collaboration: Work closely with functional departments to support their needs and ensure smooth operations
  • Reception Area Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting for all guests
  • Issue Reporting: Notify management of any guest concerns, and report on supply or equipment needs

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Food Handler’s card
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Previous experience in a similar luxury spa or salon setting
  • One (1) year of previous guest services experience in a similar resort setting
  • Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Capable of standing and walking for a majority of the shift
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
