This positionreports directly to the Director, O.C. Tanner Institute and is part of a speaking teamresponsible forrepresentingand communicating O.C. Tanner's intellectual property to business leaders and employees around the world.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Deliverin-personkeynote speechesandvirtual presentations
• Consult with executive leadership teams
• Provide thought leadership to inform research and expand intellectual property
• Assist in developing new curriculum
• Provide marketing and sales support
• Contribute social media content
• Collaborate ondelivery practices and processes within the Speaking Team

Job Requirements

• Ability to connect, inform, and inspire a wide variety of audiences
• Speaking experience sharing principles, empirical data, and insights
• A great storyfinder andteller
• Strong business acumen
• Commitment to continual learning
• Conceptual thinker who can articulate relevance and provide meaningful connections to practical workplace issues
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Minimum 5years of relevant experience
• Bachelor or master's degree preferred

Travel

• This position requires 35-50% travel to markets including the U.S., Canada, APAC, Europe
