In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Qualifying Experience:
Must have experience in large scale event coordination that shows progressively responsible administrative, professional, technical or other work which has provided a general knowledge of management principles and practices in the community department. Must have specialized experience of light and sound equipment gained in the operation or management of a government or a commercial professional facility. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power point). Must have skill in compiling data, preparing reports, and composing correspondence. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and possess the skill in dealing with the public. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a Tier 1 background check with Inquiries. This is a drug testing designated position. Must have a valid SOFA license. The incumbent is subject to pre-employment and random testing for drug use.
