Special Projects Associate
Job Description
The Special Projects Associate is an organized and amiable individual with the responsibility of coordinating and scheduling of Main Panel Upgrade completion with the homeowner, utility and subcontractors, and other parties involved with installation. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, friendly, and communicative.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Submit and monitor utility meter spot applications for approval
- Update Insightly with the necessary information pertaining to the Main Panel Upgrades
- Coordinates scheduling of the Main Panel Upgrades with the homeowner and installation team (including disconnect and reconnect when necessary)
- Verify permit approvals
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Insightly, CRM platforms, and GSuite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate and work in a hybrid model (both in person and at home)
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
Benefits
Schedule
- Monday - Friday
- 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm MST
Compensation
- $16 - $18/hr depending on location and experience
