Our revolutionary, unit-level map data and interactive visuals within our SightMap, TouchTour and Asset Intelligence product lines allow both property owners and prospective renters to better ensure occupancy and drive revenue.
As a Special Projects Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting product initiatives, including software testing, documentation creation, and assisting with product design in emerging markets. You will also help with software migrations and refactor projects, ensuring smooth transitions and enhancing product performance. This position is ideal for candidates with 2-4 years of relevant experience in product support, design, and API-related work who are eager to grow their expertise.

  • SightMap, Unit Map SDK - consumer and developer-facing data visualization products and geospatial mapping platform
  • Asset Intelligence and Power BI, consumer-facing data visualization products consuming APIs from third parties
  • TouchTour - consumer-facing interactive touring application designed to work on a large-scale touchscreen
  • SPACES - consumer and developer-facing WordPress plugin designed to render SightMap data in a user-friendly way through our proprietary REST API
  • REST APIs - Conceptualize structure, design schema, and manage the development of our API library, following less-is-more principles


Who you are...

  • You have 2-4 years of experience in product support, software testing, and working with APIs
  • You're detail-oriented, a quick learner, and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • You're comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • You're self-motivated, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to innovative product initiatives


What you'll do...

  • Test and provide feedback on new software features, collaborating with internal teams
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various product processes
  • Edit and manipulate design files to support product integration efforts
  • Assist with special projects related to emerging markets and software migrations
  • Work with R&D teams on refactor initiatives aimed at improving product performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support ongoing product-related initiatives
  • Ensure that documentation and testing standards are met throughout project cycles


Requirements
What you offer us...

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in software testing and working with APIs
  • Familiarity with multifamily or real estate technology is a plus
  • Experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite) and file manipulation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel as required for project support
  • Self-driven learner, thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

  • Salary Disclosure for Colorado: annual salary of $50,000-$58,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
