Job Description:

• This position is responsible for processing financial transactions for SLIMTC's UITF investors accurately and in a timely manner.

• Fluent in English, both in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment
• Proficient in Window-based applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Advanced analytical, comprehension and presentation skills.
• Familiar with the end-to-end process of UITFs
• Candidate should be able to handle simple (up to complex) problems that may require coordination with other SLIMTC units (Investments, Marketing and/or Finance) and external vendors.

• Education
  • Graduate of accounting or any business-related course
• Experience
  • With at least 3 years of relevant experience in client servicing and transaction processing
  • Experience working in financial institution is an advantage

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)

Process Design

• Studies and recommends process enhancements for the current and future state system.
• Coordinate with internal and external units in co-creating various customer journeys pertaining to the end-state TA and client digital journey
• Help create the business requirement document required to start the TA and client journey projectsHelps in the planning of implementation activities in relation to UITF enhancements

UITF Processing

• Check and review UITF related documents for completeness and accuracy

• For subscriptions, checks the document against the proof of payment and cut-off times
• For redemptions, check the validity of the request and transfer the redemption amount to client’s nominated settlement account within the redemption turn around time
• Processing of daily financial transactions into the TA system
• Generation and distribution of daily SLIMTC internal reports (i.e. subscription/redemption report to Investments)
• Responsible for the generation and transmission of daily orders to the outsourced Fund Accounting provider
• Performs end-of-day reconciliation of processed transactions

UITF Client Administration

• Set-up of client account in CDE and the TA system
• Generation and distribution of client related reports (such as the COP and COR). Generation shall be via our Transfer Agency system.
• Responsible for client records maintenance, when applicable
