Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Operating as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to Vendors.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with vendors
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by Vendors and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Qualifications
- You have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- You have at least 1 year of work experience.
- Strong Excel and data management skills.
- We are dynamic, you need to be a doer and adapt constantly to many changes.
