Client Business Solutions Consulting is a diverse and dynamic team of experienced professionals whose mission is to deliver impactful solutions to clients. We work with internal and external parties to address issues that sit at the top of their agendas.
We are looking for a highly driven individual who is passionate about developing and implementing creative solutions to challenging problems and works well with teams to do it. WHAT YOU WILL DO
• If you join our team, you will lead client engagements across a variety of urgent, high-impact situations.
• Establish and cultivate effective relationships with clients as well as external and internal partners/stakeholders, taking a consultative approach to maximize client satisfaction
• Be a thought-leader, evangelize and drive collaborative and innovative approaches to defining and solving problems
• Navigate through complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguity while displaying a balanced, cross-functional perspective
• Collaborate with the various internal groups to set, engage and champion client and business objectives across the organization
• Support Business Development and Sales through review of RFPs, participation in sales presentations, and support of complex onboarding
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS
• Articulate, persuasive, communicator and presenter who is able to express yourself effectively, by breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients and colleagues, at all levels.
• Ability to make the transition from strategic thinking (conceptual and planning) to execution in order to achieve objectives and outcomes.
• Synthesizes information rapidly and applies good business judgment quickly to deliver deep insights into possible impacts and solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain productive internal and external relationships.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changeable environment.
• Possess good business acumen and remains current on new developments in Financial Services capabilities and industry trends.
• High energy style, flexible and adaptive.
• Inspiring leader, innovative with the development of new tools, methodologies and approaches.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel applications.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 +years Financial Services experience or an industry equivalent
• 5+ years Consulting experience or an industry equivalent
