THE ROLE: Specialist, Cloud Operations Support

Job Summary:

As a Specialist, Cloud Operations Support, you willsupport the end-to-end process for AWS Marketplace transactions via Presidio. This role will interact with both internal members of the Company as well as customers of the Company

Travel Requirements:

This position does not require any travel/ In this role you will be expected to travel up to XX%. It will be based in XXX Location

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately.
  • Order processing for AWS CPPO Marketplace Transactions. This will include interfacing with Core Inside Sales Reps for booking purposes.
  • Coordinate invoicing of CPPO transactions with the internal invoicing team as well as monitor cash collections of Presidio fees from AWS.
  • Sales support: Support regional sales managers with CRM updates to ensure that the opportunities are kept current and accurate.
  • Answering Customer Calls/Customer Interface and addressing any question/issues.
  • Prepare quarterly business review presentations for Management related to the Cloud business.
  • Meet regularly with AWS to discuss process gaps and work on solutions to ensure smoother and ease of transactions.
  • Ad hoc requests by request of manager.

Education and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience including working with ERP/financial systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in customer service.
  • Ability and desire to learn AWS cloud programs and financial models.
