Division Story

Job Description
Reporting to the Director, the Specialist is responsible for overseeing day-to-day management of the portfolio of current 21 and eventual 50+ FAST channels. From build & launch to maintenance & support, this position will plan and execute mission-critical elements and partner needs to create the most premium FAST destinations for our consumers.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Build & Launch
- Work with team and coordinator for multiple channel launches.
- Ensure all Airtable job requests are accurately submitted with updated specs/requirements for Mixed and Single Series launches.
- Oversee holistic timelines.
- Lead regular check-ins with creative and production from briefing through delivery.
- QC deliverables; ensure editorial and launch assets are delivered to each partner by appropriate due dates.
- Pitch partners on opportunities for editorial consideration and off-platform features
Maintenance & Support
- Strategize with marketing and scheduling team on FAST stunts and promo priorities.
- Lead stunt walkthrough with creative team to align creatively; with coordinator, ensure all necessary assets for delivery are submitted through Airtable.
- Meet & correspond regularly with FAST partners.
- Field, respond, and fulfill partner requests on a regular basis, including evaluation and execution of ad-hoc requests.
- Aid the team in pitching partners regularly based on schedules, cultural calendars, stunts and new programming opportunities; this includes via email and through partner portal submissions.
- Work with Marketing Production to create efficiencies in asset creation and delivery.
- Meet opportunistically with Horizon (Media Agency) and aid in any paid campaigns.
- With coordinator, oversee maintenance of planning documents and agendas.
- Maintain Weekly Wins tracking document.
- Utilize data/campaign learnings to help inform strategy and creative decisions

YOUR STORY:
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
- Passion and curiosity for entertainment and an eagerness to learn about the growing streaming TV landscape.
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks/projects/conversations at a time.
- Go-getter with initiative, follow-through, resourcefulness, and can-do positive attitude who is comfortable being self-directed as needed.
- Ability to pivot as shifts in planning and priorities arise.
- Ability to collaborate with different teams in various locations.
- Experience using Photoshop/Illustrator, Box, Airtable, and Teams a plus.
- Familiarity with creative specs across social and/or media platforms a plus.

Compensation
Hourly Pay Range: $29.26 - $38.01
Annual Incentive Target: 5%
The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the
minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will
be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills,
competencies, location, and experience. A+E offers a competitive total compensation
